This Cookie Policy explains how Aether Solutions - F.Z.E (“Aether Solutions”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and related technologies on https://www.qonvera.com. It supplements the Qonvera Privacy Policy.
1. Your choices
Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled by default. When you first visit, you can Accept all, Reject non-essential technologies, or choose categories separately. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and attempts to remove related first-party cookies from your browser.
Your consent preference is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to six months. We then ask you to choose again. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page session.
2. Necessary storage and services
Necessary technologies support privacy preferences, security, requested forms, and subscription checkout. They do not require optional analytics or marketing consent.
- Qonvera consent preference: records whether analytics and marketing categories were accepted or rejected; stored locally for up to six months.
- Stripe Checkout: when you choose to start a subscription or trial, you are redirected to Stripe, which may use technologies required to provide secure checkout, fraud prevention, and payment services under Stripe’s own privacy and cookie notices.
3. Analytics technologies
If you allow Analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-K4BKNKJHQN. Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, website usage, technical performance, and conversion events. It may process approximate location, browser/device details, interaction data, and a client identifier.
- _ga: distinguishes visitors and sessions; typically retained for up to two years.
- _ga_<container-id>: maintains session state; typically retained for up to two years.
Google Consent Mode v2 is set to denied before the Google tag can load. Under Qonvera’s implementation, the Google Analytics script is not requested until Analytics consent is granted.
If you allow Analytics, we also load Microsoft Clarity using project ID ycn7nurs3c. Clarity provides session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction analytics that help us understand how visitors use and experience the website. It may process page and interaction data, approximate location, browser/device information, and pseudonymous identifiers. Qonvera does not request the Clarity script until Analytics consent is granted and passes Microsoft’s Consent V2 signal.
- _clck: stores a pseudonymous Clarity user identifier and preferences for this website; typically retained for up to one year.
- _clsk: connects page views into a Clarity session; typically retained for one day.
- Microsoft-domain cookies may include CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, and SM, subject to Microsoft’s settings, retention, and privacy documentation.
4. Marketing and advertising measurement
If you allow Marketing, we load Meta Pixel for dataset/pixel 1098427899277177 and enable Meta Conversions API for qualifying actions. These services help measure Meta advertising results, attribute enquiries and trials, control advertising frequency, and improve campaign reporting.
- _fbp: Meta browser identifier used for advertising measurement and attribution; typically retained for up to 90 days.
- _fbc: records a Meta click identifier when a visit follows a Meta advertisement; typically retained for up to 90 days.
- Conversions API data: for accepted demo requests, Lead Leakage reports, and completed Stripe trials, the server may send Meta an event name/time, page URL, browser identifiers, IP address, user-agent, and normalized email or first name converted to SHA-256 hashes. The plain email and first name are not placed in the Conversions API payload.
Browser and server events use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. If Marketing consent is denied, Qonvera does not load Meta Pixel, does not send Meta browser identifiers with forms or checkout, and does not send those actions through Conversions API.
5. Providers and international processing
Google, Microsoft, and Meta act as independent providers for their respective technologies and may process information in countries other than your own under their terms and safeguards. Their retention, use, and control mechanisms are also governed by their privacy documentation. Stripe processes checkout information under its own notices when you choose to use Stripe Checkout.

6. Browser controls and consequences
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent you from reading the website, requesting a demo, receiving a Lead Leakage report, or starting checkout. Analytics reporting and advertising attribution will be less complete.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date and may cause the consent banner to ask for a new choice.
